For entering new information and transactions. There is + New sign. You can enter with this.

Left menu:

You can watch your past transactions in the left menu.

How to Set Up or Edit Company Information in QuickBooks?

Here are four brief steps to set up or change your company information in QuickBooks Online:

  1. Navigate to your account settings by clicking on the gear icon and choosing Account and settings in the first column.
  2. Select the Company tab in Account and Settings.
  3. Click on the pencil icon next to each section to input or edit your company name, company type, contact information, and address.
  4. Be sure to click Save after editing each section.

After sign in to your QuickBooks Online account, you can see your company’s dashboard. Go to the gear icon that is on the upper right corner of the screen, and choose Account and settings in the left column:
